Corrective and preventive maintenance is an important part of an efficient process operation. Many parts and components are subjected to enormous wear under very tough conditions. A layer of metalized surface protects the underlying metal considerably longer than ordinary paint. Metalizing is a cold process in which aluminum or zinc is sprayed onto the material. It’s different from electroplating, where the steel is dipped in a zinc plating bath.
We use the proven technology and materials from Castolin and are also dealers of Castolin products in the Malmfälten region.
