Mechanical Seals

We are distributors for Tartek standard and tailored mechanical seals.

Our product range includes different types of Tartek rubber bellow seals, metal bellow seals and acid seals. Seals’ sizes are from 10-400 mm. Metal parts are often either AISI 316 or AISI 329.

We can also assist in manufacturing of mechanical seals according to customers’ drawings and with special materials, for example Titan, Hastelloy C-276, solid Silicon Carbide and special Carbons. As a guarantee for a high quality we adhere to the ISO 9002 Quality System.

Maintenance and repair of seals

We offer fast and low-cost services in maintenance and repair. Because of our long experience of repairing mechanical seals we are able to service and repair all seals that are currently available on the market.

Our trained staff install mechanical seals and carry out repairs in the field or in our workshop. As the Tartek seals are manufactured in Finland we can provide a short delivery time and the possibility to adapt the seal to your specific needs and requirements.

We also offer repairs of rubberized wear parts in pumps and hoses and of the connections to and from the pump.

In-house developed cartridge seals

Our cartridge seals are one of the most robust mechanical seals available.

The design was carefully developed to provide a solution that would meet our customers’ demand for extreme operating hours. It is the unique suspension of o-rings and glide rings, and the movement in axial and radial design that make our in-house developed cartridge seals so unique and durable.

We offer specially designed cartridge seals for most commonly used pumps. All our seals are of DIN standard 24960.
